Title: Printmaking Open Studio

AUGUST SCHEDULE: Wednesdays - Fridays from 10am - 2:00pm & 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Saturdays from 1:00pm - 6:00pm (Donkey Mill Closure: August 15 - 24)

Studio Pass: $15 per day OR $7.50 for half day

**Open to all current members who have taken a Printmaking class at the Donkey Mill in the last two years**

Description: Printmaking Open Studio Participants only. We will only be allowing two participants in the studio to help limit the spread of COVID-19. In order to participate, you must register in advance. Please see below for details on how to sign up and the Mill's current policies and procedures. 

How to use Printmaking Open Studio (UPDATED Janury 5, 2021):

  1. Follow all current open studio policies (membership must be current, have taken a class in that medium in the last two years, etc.)
  2. Reserve your studio session online:
    • Log-in to your Donkey Mill account. Your membership must be current in order to complete the registration. 
    • If you have passes already, please email info@donkeymillartcenter.org with your desired day and we will reserve it for you. We will verify that you have taken a class and your membership is current at this time. The phone is not checked as often as the email is, so please email us. 
  3. We are allowing 2 open studio participants in the studio per day. Wednesday - Friday open studio sessions are a total of 4 hours from 10am - 2pm OR 2pm - 6:00pm, and Saturdays are a total of 5 hours from 1:00pm - 6:00pm. You can purchase two 1/2 day passes to be in the studio from 10am - 6pm. You can come and go during your session.
  4. Open Studio participants should bring their own inks, blocks and paper. Gomuban and some paper can be purchased at the front desk. All participants must disinfect equipment and tools before and after use including all surfaces.
  5. Once you have a confirmed open studio session, please check-in and check-out at the Front Desk.
  6. Follow all Donkey Mill COVID-prevention policies.

 

Donkey Mill COVID-Prevention Policies:

  • Wear CDC recommended face coverings to enter or work in studios, children under the age of 2 or those that have trouble breathing should not wear face covering
  • Avoid entering if you have a cough, fever or otherwise do not feel well
  • Maintain a six-foot distance from one another
  • Do not shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact
  • No potluck lunches, coffee or gatherings in the kitchen. Brown bag lunch only
  • Students are required to use the sanitization supplies provided to clean their work areas after use
